We collect and process the following personal data: account data (name, email address), profile data (profile picture, bio), listing data (photos, descriptions, location), communication data (messages between users), and technical data (IP address, browser information) for the provision and improvement of our service.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process your data to provide our matchmaking services, to communicate with you, to improve our platform, to comply with legal obligations, and – with your explicit consent – to analyse platform usage.
4. Cookies and Analytics
With your consent we use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand how our platform is used and to improve the service. You may withdraw your consent at any time by revisiting the cookie banner or adjusting your browser settings.
5. Sharing with Third Parties
We only share your data where required to fulfil the contract (e.g. payment processing via Stripe), where you have given consent, or where we are legally obligated to do so. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.
